gx99 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "gx99", "we", "us", "our" refers to the gx99 platform and its operating entity, reachable at https://gx99.io.
• "Platform" means the gx99 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services made available at gx99.io.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gx99 Platform.
• "Account" means a registered gx99 user account created in accordance with Clause 4 of these Terms.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held within a user's gx99 Account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sports event or casino game via the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward issued by gx99 under the terms of a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Wallet balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gx99 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with gx99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game, promotion, or bonus rules, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of that specific matter.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

The gx99 Platform is strictly reserved for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. gx99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

3.2 Geographical Restrictions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the gx99 Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Access to the Platform may be restricted in certain territories. gx99 makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of its target markets.

3.3 Mental Capacity

You confirm that you are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence when registering for, or using, the gx99 Platform. Users who have previously self-excluded from gx99 or any partner platform are not eligible to register a new Account.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of gx99 services, you must complete the registration process via the gx99 Login page, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to keep this information current at all times.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold one single Account on gx99. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. gx99 will close all duplicate Accounts and may permanently ban the individual from the Platform. Any balances held in duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture.

4.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gx99 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify gx99 support immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

gx99 is committed to maintaining a secure platform. As part of our KYC process, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents prior to processing a withdrawal or at any stage deemed necessary:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirming the registered mobile number)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by gx99 may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

gx99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases; however, delays may occasionally occur due to payment provider processing times beyond our control.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically under 15 minutes for verified accounts
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank

gx99 does not impose withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on gx99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). gx99 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5.4 Incomplete or Incorrect Transactions

gx99 is not responsible for deposit or withdrawal failures caused by incorrect account details provided by the User, technical failures at the payment provider's end, or network disruptions outside our infrastructure. In all cases, please contact our 24/7 support team who will investigate the matter promptly.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

gx99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds conditions as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses credited to your Wallet must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk or offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or misrepresenting eligibility — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent Account closure.

6.3 VIP Programme

The gx99 VIP loyalty programme operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Elite. Tier advancement and associated rewards are administered at gx99's sole discretion and are subject to the VIP Programme Terms, which may be updated from time to time. Tier status is non-transferable and has no cash value.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

gx99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in the process of meeting their wagering requirement at the time of the change.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All Bets placed on the gx99 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. It is the User's responsibility to understand the rules of each market before placing a Bet. Once a Bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, it cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances expressly permitted by gx99.

7.2 Odds and Markets

gx99 reserves the right to remove any market, amend any odds, or void any Bet at any time in the event of a manifest error, suspicious betting activity, or where a market was opened or settled in error. In the case of a manifest error, all affected Bets will be settled at the correct odds.

7.3 Live Betting

In-play Bets are accepted subject to availability and the current state of play. gx99 may suspend live markets at any time during an event. Bets placed immediately before or during a suspension may be voided at gx99's discretion if we determine the User had access to information not available to the market at the time of placement.

7.4 Maximum Payout

gx99 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the relevant limit regardless of the odds at which the Bet was accepted.

8 Casino Games

Casino games available on gx99 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and specialty games — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics and is subject to the game provider's own rules.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents a long-run theoretical average and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Past results do not influence future outcomes. gx99 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no control over the proprietary RNG systems used by third-party providers.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gx99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Wallet balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Registering multiple Accounts or allowing a third party to use your Account
• Using automated scripts, bots, or betting software to place Bets
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity relating to a sporting event
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players in poker, casino, or any other game format
• Abusing the bonus system or promotional offers
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering or any other financial crime
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform's software or security systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gx99 staff or other users

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the gx99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of gx99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the gx99 Platform without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of gx99's intellectual property may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gx99, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

gx99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gx99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. We undertake reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accept no liability for losses sustained during periods of planned maintenance or unplanned outage.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by gx99

gx99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

12.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any verified balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification, subject to there being no pending withdrawal holds or active wagering requirements.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. gx99 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳200 to dormant Accounts. Users will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied and will have the opportunity to reactivate their Account.

13 Responsible Gaming

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. gx99 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution.
